I stayed here for work for 2 weeks and they wore very helpful when it came to ask all of my questions and even recommended where to go eat. The location was great based of the proximity of my job and the room had everything I needed for my time being here. Will come back again!
It was a very nice hotel! Fully stocked kitchen! And everything was clean. The breakfast in the morning was very good and the lady making the breakfast was very nice too! Very nice staff! No complaints here.
Great experience! They had a fun cookout while we were there. Had basketball, a swimming pool, etc… Staff was super friendly. We enjoyed sitting by the fire together eating s'mores! Would recommend.
I was pleasantly surprised by the tranquil and serene atmosphere upon checking into the hotel on a Friday following New Year's Day. The location was ideally situated for the objectives I aimed to achieve during my visit to Lubbock. I found the room rate to be very reasonable, and I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff, as well as the cleanliness and modern design of the accommodations. As my stay was brief, I was unable to take advantage of any amenities offered by the hotel. Great free hot breakfast with multiple options available for everyone in your family or group.
The hotel was located nicely, with lots of food options and access to all of Lubbock. The staff were always helpful and accommodating. The room was well maintained and very spacious.
Rooms are very spacious and clean ....loved the breakfast as well its just when we came in midnight at 2am to checking had to wait for the receptionist 20mins later she came in...it was too cold outside due to the weather.
This is my Go To place in Lubbock due to its proximity to freeways, Milwaukee Ave., and The Isle at Raider Ranch where above one is now residing. This Residence Inn staff/facility has always been friendly, helpful, and clean whether a short term or long term stay. 100% recommend.
Checked in with excellent customer service. Room microwave was not working the entire 3 day stay. Informed the front desk on the first night. Amenities. On site laundry was nice. The door would stick against the ground as you opened or closed the door. The Grill is in terrible condition with most of the knobs broken and in need of repair. Checked out with excellent customer service They have a sign up front offering bonus points for good reviews.
